Reed are delighted to be supporting a fast growing contracting firm based near Newry. They have exciting expansion plans, this year pushing into new European markets. This is a new position working closely with the Managing Director and with opportunities to support business development as well as recruitment.
The role will focus on the Republic of Ireland Blue and White collar roles, so you will require a driver's license and willingness to travel.
The successful candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening and interviewing potential candidates, as well as managing the recruitment process from start to finish. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the recruitment process, excellent communication skills and the ability to build relationships with both clients and candidates. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to take their career in recruitment to the next level.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients and potential candidates.
- Identify suitable candidates for open positions.
- Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills and abilities.
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies.
- Conduct background checks on potential candidates.
- Manage the recruitment process from start to finish.
- Provide advice and guidance to clients on recruitment processes.
