Recruitment Consultant

Taskmaster Resources LTD have an excellent opportunity to join their Wigan Industrial team as an Industrial Recruitment Consultant on a permanent basis.

Shift Pattern

For this role, you will be required to work on day shifts within the office which would be on a Monday to Friday Basis:

Shifts are on a rota basis and could include 7am-3pm, 8am-4pm, 9am-5pm & 10am-6pm. Flexibility required from all team members

Due to the nature of the industry, you are also required to work 1 weekend out of 4 on an on call basis.

Responsibilities

Your responsibilities as an industrial recruitment will include:

Ø Liaising with clients day to day to ensure all staffing requirements are fulfilled

Ø Running an industrial desk

Ø Business development to grow and increase weekly margin

Ø Following sales leads to book prospect meetings with potential customers

Ø Day to day sales activity

Ø Daily and weekly admin including Compliance and Payroll

Ø Speaking with candidates and customers daily

Ø Filling job bookings

Ø Attending client meetings to discuss current business and potential growth

Ø Candidate Resourcing and job advertising
