You will be joining a team of experienced recruitment professionals, taking over an established hybrid temp/perm desk covering all levels of requirements in a variety of interesting sectors.

Your day will involve briefing Recruitment Coordinators in support of your current requirements, direct candidate sourcing, utilising many paid-for job boards and an extensive in-house database, as well as networking, You will make client visits, to understand requirements, negotiate terms and build relationships, providing both candidates and clients with the best possible recruitment experience.

£25 – £30K ae
Competitive bonus structure with uncapped bonus with OTE £60 – 80k potential
8.30 – 5.30 Mon – Fri
Potential for Hybrid working after successful probationary period
Contributory pension scheme
Holiday 5.6 weeks, increases by 1 day per year after year one up to 6.6 weeks
