Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Site Supervisor to join our team. This role is crucial in managing and overseeing electrical installations, ensuring projects are executed to the highest standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in electrical systems, excellent management skills, and proficiency in using Microsoft Excel and Word for reporting and scheduling.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Supervise and manage all aspects of electrical installations on-site, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
2. Oversee the installation and maintenance of MV and LV systems, smart building technologies, lighting, fire alarms, AV systems, and CCTV.
3. Coordinate with project managers, design teams, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.
4. Conduct site inspections to monitor progress, quality, and compliance with safety standards.
5. Prepare and maintain detailed schedules, reports, and documentation using Excel and Word.

Qualifications:

1. Proven experience as an Electrical Site Supervisor or similar role in managing electrical installations.
2. Strong technical understanding of MV and LV systems, smart buildings, lighting, fire alarms, AV systems, and CCTV.
3. Excellent project management and organizational skills.
4. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word for creating schedules, reports, and documentation.
5. Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to write clear and concise reports.
