•  Annual Salary: £24,000 - £35,000 plus uncapped bonus

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Recruitment Consultant to join our team in Ipswich, focusing on the temporaries accountancy market for part-qualified finance professionals. This profitable recruitment desk is a prime opportunity for someone with a passion for business development and account management.

Day-to-day of the role:

• Grow new client relationships to fulfil their recruitment needs, developing these into long-term profitable partnerships.
• Engage in cold calling, business development, and account management.
• Develop a strong candidate pipeline to meet the needs of your clients.
• Work with existing clients in various industries and develop new client relationships.
• Achieve success and be rewarded through our Career Development Framework.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Sales professionals, client-facing professionals, or individuals with strong account management experience are ideal.
• Recruitment knowledge is beneficial but not essential.
• Driven, motivated, ambitious, organised, and tenacious personality.
• Excellent relationship-building skills and confidence in phone communication.
• Must be a driver.
