An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Recruitment Consultant to join our team in Ipswich, focusing on the temporaries accountancy market for part-qualified finance professionals. This profitable recruitment desk is a prime opportunity for someone with a passion for business development and account management.
Day-to-day of the role:
- Grow new client relationships to fulfil their recruitment needs, developing these into long-term profitable partnerships.
- Engage in cold calling, business development, and account management.
- Develop a strong candidate pipeline to meet the needs of your clients.
- Work with existing clients in various industries and develop new client relationships.
- Achieve success and be rewarded through our Career Development Framework.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Sales professionals, client-facing professionals, or individuals with strong account management experience are ideal.
- Recruitment knowledge is beneficial but not essential.
- Driven, motivated, ambitious, organised, and tenacious personality.
- Excellent relationship-building skills and confidence in phone communication.
- Must be a driver.
