Key Responsibilities:
Securing the best talent for our clients whilst also bringing new business to the company you will have a hands-on approach and will be committed to the expansion and success of your desk and division, identifying new clients and sourcing suitable candidates for their vacancies either on a permanent or temporary basis.
- Identify and secure job opportunities with both new and existing clients
- Place suitable candidates to meet client requirements
- Develop and manage client and candidate relationships
- Identify, progress and convert sales leads as required
- Manage and proactively develop client relationships
- Establish and agree terms of business with new clients
- Identify and attract candidates using all appropriate methods to satisfy job requirements
- Monitor responses/applications received
- Make sure that candidate’s applications are processed efficiently
- Shortlist and present suitably qualified applicants against job vacancies
- Manage the recruitment and selection processes
- Ensure all necessary administration is completed for clients and candidates
- Develop expertise of market rates and conditions within your sector in order to consult with candidates and clients
- Seek and provide feedback in a professional manner at all times to candidates and clients
- Conducting regular service reviews with both clients and candidates to ensure continuous improvement
- Accurate recording of candidate and client information on the recruitment database
- Comply with all relevant employment legislation and appropriate codes of practice
- Comply with all relevant sector specific legislation
- Comply with all relevant health and safety legislation, employee rights and responsibilities
Skills and Experience Required:
- Previous experience of working in a recruitment agency as a consultant – we are open to level whether its junior or senior.
- A self-motivated approach to work
- The ability to identify opportunities and secure new business
- A tenacious and resilient attitude
- An ambitious, driven and determined mindset to achieve targets and objectives
- Strong time management and organisation skills
