Recruitment Consultant – Norwich / Hybrid – Technology Recruitment
Langham Recruitment is a specialist Technology recruitment business with offices in Norwich and Manchester. We proud of the culture and team we have developed since we started 5 years ago. Following a strong 2023, we’re poised for growth in 2024 and we have an opportunity for an experienced Recruitment Consultant to join our “360 team” which complements our established 180/180 Delivery Team.
Salary / Benefits / Resources
- Base Salary- £24,000 - £35,000
- Commission– uncapped, zero threshold – 15-30% bands
- Benefits - 28 days holiday, pension, incentives, events
- 30pm finish on Friday
- Hybrid Working– we work in our Norwich City Centre office on Tuesdays and Thursdays. The rest of the week it’s up to you.
- All the tools! (Laptop, soft phone, Full Professional LinkedIn Recruiter Licence, LinkedIn Job Slots, Bullhorn, WhatsApp integration, Idibu, ZoomInfo, Job Boards etc...)
About you
- 12 months+ Recruitment Consultant experience in a tech market – IT / Engineering / Electronics or similar.
- “360 degree” experience including business development and candidate sourcing.
- Capable of harnessing LinkedIn to compile and send campaign marketing to promote niche candidates to relevant hiring managers.
- Able to work in an environment of self-management with significant amounts of remote working.
- Good written and verbal communication skills and attention to detail - able to produce high quality and detailed documentation e.g. advertisements, process documents, professional CV Front Sheets, compelling InMails and social media.
