Who are we looking for?
- 1+ year of demonstrable experience as a 360 Recruitment Consultant.
- Ability and proven record of building long-term relationships with both candidates and clients.
- Good communication skills - both written and verbal.
- Interest in growing and developing professionally.
- Good IT skills - Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Good interpersonal skills to deal with clients & candidates at all levels.
