Nursery Consultant Information:
This post has rapidly became a massive priority, as our nursery business has grown vastly over the last 12 months. This post will require someone to come in a take-over running a hot desk, which you will immediately be earning commission on due to the volume of work we are receiving.
Ideally we are seeking someone with either/or experience within the recruitment sector or nursery/education sector. We have a capacity to take on a trainee consultant, as we have had great success in providing the right training to ensure success.
This job role entails the following:
- Client retention and relationship building
- Business development - bringing on new clients via sales call and client meetings
- Candidate recruitment - resourcing candidates via adverts, conducting interviews and vetting
- Candidate compliance - working alongside our compliance team to ensure all candidates are fully vetted
- Supply clients with excellent service and candidates
- Working with a client base of 10+ nurseries across East Lancashire
