With regular fees in the region of £15,000 - £40,000 and commission paying up to 50%, our consultants are able to significantly enhance their earning potential by recruiting for some of the most in-demand technical skills in the world!!

The role
From day one you’ll be enrolled into our 3-month training programme, ran by our in-house Talent & Development Manager & Directors who have a wealth of experience as top-level Recruitment Consultants. We’ll give you continued support, training, coaching and every necessary recruitment tool to ensure you reach your potential, fast-track your career and earn huge levels of commission along the way with our industry-leading commission scheme!
No two days are ever the same. You’ll be involved in the full 360 recruitment lifecycle from generating your own client base, meeting clients, engraving yourself in the tech community, through to sourcing requirements and finding your candidates their dream job!
