Recruitment Consultant- Accountancy

Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Recruitment Consultant in accountancy sector to join our team in Northampton office . Responsibilities:
- Utilise HRIS and ATS systems to manage candidate applications and track recruitment progress
- Generate leads through various channels to identify potential candidates
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and create job descriptions
- Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate skills and qualifications
- Maintain relationships with candidates throughout the recruitment process
- Utilise Salesforce, Workday, PeopleSoft, and Taleo for candidate management and reporting purposes

Experience:
- Proven experience in recruitment or human resources role
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with candidates and hiring managers
- Familiarity with HRIS, ATS, Salesforce, Workday, PeopleSoft, and Taleo systems
- Excellent relationship management skills to build rapport with candidates and stakeholders

Pay: £25,265.00-£27,414.00 per year
