Equilibrion Limited is a new company with the vision to be a catalyst for developing nuclear energy projects to decarbonise our heat, transport, and industrial sectors. We bring a new perspective on how nuclear technology can deliver positive outcomes for the world. We have extensive expertise across the nuclear sector, from technology through to end-use markets.
Our business exists to realise the potential of nuclear energy to mitigate the worst effects of climate change and create a more equal, sustainable future for everyone. In our consulting business, we work with a range of customers supporting them in the nuclear and energy sectors. Our clients work with us to draw on our unique blend of expertise and we value developing high-quality, long-lasting customer relationships.
Our project development business is focused on bringing forward the next generation of nuclear energy projects, by utilising nuclear to deliver deep decarbonisation across the energy system. Eq.Flight is our solution to produce synthetic aviation fuel at scale from nuclear and demonstrates how we are leading the development of new markets for nuclear energy.

Role
We are looking for individuals with a passion to drive change in the global energy system by fully embracing the potential of nuclear technology. As an evolving company we’re looking for someone excited to grow with us and support both consulting and project development business streams. Key attributes will be your drive and passion to succeed, and you may possess experience of one or more of the capabilities below:
Identify and lead opportunities that help to shape the future of our business;
Have a degree or relevant industrial experience in a numerical field;
Have demonstrable technical experience in the energy sector, including nuclear, hydrogen and/or whole system interactions;
Have a good knowledge of energy end-use sectors, including aviation, maritime, industry, road transport, commercial and residential;
Be able to deliver customer and internal projects to time, cost and quality;
Have a working knowledge of the energy system, nuclear power, low-carbon hydrogen and/or sustainable fuels;
Able to manage technical and consultancy projects, delivering against structured management processes and ensuring successful project outcomes;
Able to manage and prioritise competing demands, between both external and internal projects;
Work closely as part of the team to identify and develop of a pipeline of projects in the consulting and nuclear project development environments;
Able to develop, nurture and own personal and professional relationships in industry and government;
Apply full value-chain thinking to solutions, identifying and developing solutions that have whole system benefits;
Able to deliver high-quality outputs, identifying and delivering opportunities to go beyond customer expectations.
