Senior Recruitment Consultant

Red Recruitment Group are looking to appoint a competitive and driven Senior Consultant to join us at our Corby Office as we look to grow the current team.

We are looking to find ambitious individuals that can work on their own initiative in a friendly, supporting environment with the aim of achieving margin targets.

This is the ideal platform for someone who is looking to step up to a Branch Manager role.

Title: Senior Recruitment Consultant - Corby

Line Manager: Commercial Director

Office Hours: 8am - 5pm Monday to Friday.

Objectives of Role:

• Building relationships with new and current clients
• Maximising the return on clients who are working with us
• Successfully convert new business
• Hitting and surpassing financial targets
• Sourcing candidates using CRM, Job boards, LinkedIn etc
• Develop an excellent relationship with candidates
• Multi-task whilst maintaining high standards of work
• Mentor Junior Consultants and Recruitment Consultants to help them achieve their full potential

Package: Excellent uncapped commission scheme and Car allowance.

What we are looking for:

• An experienced Recruitment Consultant or current Senior Consultant
• Minimum 3 years recruitment experience, preferably in the Industrial sector
• Track record of consistently delivering in a target driven market
• Motivation and ambition to ‘make a difference’
• Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
• Full UK driving licence
