What your day looks like:
- Utilising recruitment tools and technologies to attract, screen, and qualify A- grade candidates
- Writing exceptional job adverts to attract the very best talent to existing job positions
- Forming and maintaining close relationships with your candidates and clients
- Updating internal databases by remaining consistently organised
- Communicating to all types of people in high volumes
- Working towards, hitting, and then exceeding targets by utilising sales tactics
- Respond to all communications in a timely matter to get ahead of the competition

- Confident with and an outgoing personality
- Degree educated
- Sports backgrounds are a huge advantage
