We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Recruitment Consultant to join our team. As a Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and selecting qualified candidates to fill various job positions within our organisation. This is a dynamic role that requires excellent communication skills and relationship management abilities. The ideal candidate will be excited to meet clients in person, developing relationships with existing, lost, and lapsed clients. This is a fast-paced and highly rewarding role, making it a perfect position if you want to continue your recruitment journey.
Duties include conducting lead generation activities to identify potential candidates through various channels, screening CVs and applications to identify qualified candidates for open positions, conducting interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate skills and qualifications, building and maintaining relationships with candidates, providing them with guidance throughout the hiring process, collaborating with clients to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies, staying updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment, ensuring compliance with all applicable laws, right to work, and company policies throughout the recruitment process, making daily sales calls, and being proficient in using an applicant tracking system.

Hours of work: Monday – Thursday 8.00am - 4.30pm, Friday 8.00am – 1.00pm
