Highly successful suppliers of freelance, permanent, and temporary staff to clients in the Built Environment sectors are seeking experienced consultants that can work autonomously.
Company Overview:
- Independent, entrepreneurial, and profitable £20m T/O construction specialist.
- Established 12 years.
- A privately owned agency where all staff are holding a stake (EMI share).
- 20 staff (annual biller GP figures range from £150k – 750k!).
- 400 clients last year, 500 temps working each week.
Recruitment Consultant Profile:
- 360 Billers / Self Starters / Recruitment Consultants up to Associate Director level
- Recruitment background in Blue or White Collar Construction/ Built Environment sector.
- Recruitment background in Blue or White Collar Construction/ Built Environment sectors.
- 4 years + experience.
- Can be based anywhere in the UK.
- Recruiters billing over £120,000 + annually as a minimum standard.
Recruitment Consultants – What’s in it for you!
- £30,000 -£50,000 basic salary + negotiable commission with no thresholds.
- EMI share/equity scheme available to all employees enhanced equity option at Director level.
