• Location: Uxbridge UB8 1JG (with blended home working and office working)
• Salary: Up to £30,500 per annum (PLUS uncapped bonus)

You don't have to be an experienced recruiter for this role, as the Uxbridge Business Supportspecialism is well-established and extremely successful. The specialism covers a range of commercial vacancies from administrators and Receptionists to Customer Service Advisors, Sales Consultants and up to senior level managers across Uxbridge and surrounding areas.

Typical day for a Recruitment Consultant in Reed:

• Full 360 recruitment including winning your own business

• Manage your own desk - showcasing entrepreneurial skills

• Strategic business development - B2B sales calls and written sales

• Souring candidates using Reed.co.uk (UK's largest CV database) and Indeed

• Utilise LinkedIn Recruiter to map clients and candidates

• Gain and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships

• Negotiate and close deals with clients and candidates
