We are looking for an Experienced Recruitment Consultant for an incredible agency based in Farnborough.
All of the clients we work with offer highly competitive salaries and top of the range benefits/commission structures. They have incentives including lunch clubs and trips abroad.
You will have a proven track record of success as a Recruitment Consultant - the sector isn't as important as having at least 6 months of experience.
The base is starting at around £24,000 depending on experience and the opportunity to earn significantly more with commission and bonuses.
As an experienced Recruitment Consultant -
New business cold calling
Developing and managing existing relationships
Contract negotiations with clients
Arranging interviews
Advertising roles
Managing the entire Recruitment cycle
Ideally you will be career focused and money motivated. This is an incredible opportunity to join a well established agency with a very high earning potential.
They are going to provide a good basic and there is the opportunity to earn commission right away. This role comes with a great sense of autonomy within an incredibly supportive environment.
