The Role

Our fast growing Barclay Meade business are looking for a Recruitment Consultant to join them on their HR desk. Home to some of the company's top performers, Barclay Meade have established themselves as one of 'the' names in the professional services space.

There is a large STEM client base available through collaborating with your own colleagues and an opportunity to establish your brand in your own specific 'patch' in the HR industry.

Responsibilities:

• Develop new business opportunities via multi-media channels.
• Identify potential candidates to fulfil client's requirements using innovative candidate attraction strategies.
• Build and share a clients and candidates portfolio.
• Work with both teams and managers to achieve personal and team KPIs & objectives.
• Demonstrate a commitment to candidate care and database development.
• Support graduate and trainee consultants to develop into the role.
