Pertemps Bristol have an excellent opportunity for a Recruitment Consultant to join their thriving team, focussing on developing relationships with candidates and clients seeking permanent placements within the professional services industry.
Pertemps Bristol are significantly high-performing branch and are looking for someone who has an excellent track record in a customer service, sales, retail or hospitality setting. This opportunity would be ideal for someone who is ambitious, driven and looking to develop and hone their skills with the UK’s largest independent recruitment agency. Whilst we are open to applications from various experience levels, it would be advantageous for candidates to have previous exposure to the recruitment industry.

Role Responsibilities:

• Grow and maintain new relationships with clients to develop new business opportunities.
• Advertise roles by posting jobs onto job boards and social media sites.
• Manage multiple open job vacancies at the same time.
• Sourcing candidates and conducting interviews to determine suitability.
• Attend visits to client sites to gain valuable insights into how their business works.
• Direct sales activity such as calls, email marketing campaigns and networking events.

• Base salary of between £25,000-£27,000 based on experience.
