Recruitment Consultant – Driving/Logistics SectorUpto £30,000 basic depending on level and experienceUncapped Commission with no threshold OTE circa 50KNo Out of Hours On Call RequirementsCompany Car (if qualifying period)Are you a Driving Consultant that would you like to work for a market leading recruitment company that will offer you uncapped commission with no threshold without the need to be on out of hours on call?We are currently to recruiting an experienced Recruitment Consultant for our client based in Crewe, but to recruit and supply driver covering the whole of the North West area.This is a full 360 Recruitment role, you would be required to attract and win new business along with servicing the needs of clients, by filling shifts, whilst interviewing and recruiting new drivers. You will be managing an existing warm desk with currently managing 7o driver shifts per day.Experience in the Driving / Logistics Recruitment market would be preferred, due to understanding the legislative requirements in the driving sector, however they would be prepared to speak to candidates from other sectors such as Industrial Consultants looking for a change in direction.Contact us now, as out client is looking for the right person to start as soon as possible.Main duties and responsibilities:• Managing an existing desk of 70 Drivers• Selling into Transport / Logistics Companies to introduce the company and service offered• Attracting experienced Drivers using social media and job boards• Speaking to registered Drivers regularly to advise of available shifts• Regularly attend client’s sites to check they are happy with the service• Arranging and attending new client meetings• Ensure that all Drivers are fully compliant at registration stage
