Be your own boss without any debentures or guarantees and without the need to set up Invoice Finance, Job Boards, Legislative Paperwork, Payroll and CRM systems etc.
Graham Rose are recruiting for a hungry Recruitment Consultant – Self Employed on the following basis. You would get:
55% commission on permanent placements
50% net margin on temporary placements
If you are confident in your billings, would like the flexibility of working for yourself then this is the job for you!
As an example, if you billed GBP20k of placements in a month you would take GBP11k of that, even a GBP10k month would give you GBP5.5k.
Working as a Recruitment Consultant – Self Employed with Graham Rose you would be your own boss and can earn unlimited amounts, work the hours that suit you and without the risk of having to enter into finance agreements, debentures or personal guarantees.
Graham Rose will provide you with access to job boards, finance for contract placements, bad debt protection and administrative and payroll support as required. Also you would have access to the founder and Directors who can advise and mentor as and when needed in order to assist and develop your part of the business.
Working under the umbrella of Graham Rose, you immediately have access to an agency with over 17 years of trading history.
Graham Rose are an established recruitment business, which will help when gaining access to clients supply chains as oppose to trying to get through procurement with a new company that has no trading history.
