I am looking for a Experienced Property Sales Consultant based in Leeds City Centre. My client is an iBuying property company, that enables clients to sell there home in a matter of days for a competitive cash price. The Property Sales consultant will be an important part of the process handling incoming leads from potential clients looking to sell their home. The main responsibility of this role will be to communicate with these clients, and qualify them, and build great rapport. You will work closely with other areas of the team to obtain an offer for the client you will then be responsible for presenting that offer to the client, agreeing a purchase price and managing the purchase through to completion. This role would suit someone with a proven track record in Estate Agency looking to join a fast paced, forward thinking business which offers a unique opportunity to utilise your skillset in a different way.
Skills and Responsibilities:
- Ability to build strong Client Relationships
- Strong Property knowledge
- Proven experience in the Property industry - Highly Motivated - Excellent Telephone Sales - Ability to work as a team
- Great Customer Service skills - Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless property purchases.
Working hours: Full Time
Basic salary: Dependant on Experience plus commission OTE £55,000.
