Responsibilities:
- The role of a Recruitment Consultant is demanding, fulfilling, and fast-paced. Your success directly correlates with your hard work. You will oversee the entire recruitment process, including:
- Utilising sales, business development, and marketing techniques to attract business from client companies.
- Building and nurturing relationships with clients through networking.
- Scheduling and attending appointments.
- Advertising for, identifying, and approaching suitable candidates.
- Managing applications, conducting interviews, and short-listing candidates.
- Arranging client interviews and gathering feedback.
Establishing strong relationships with clients and candidates to provide exceptional service and generate repeat business opportunities.

Location: London
1st Year OTE: £26,000 (basic salary) - £40,000
2nd Year OTE: £40,000 - £70,000
3rd Year OTE: £70,000 - £100,000
