This is a fantastic opportunity for a knowledgeable Recruitment Consultant looking to move to Australia.
Aspects of the role include:
- High-level client liaison at all stages of the recruitment process, showcasing your relationship-building skills. Always delivering top-tier service to clients and candidates alike
- Active business development activities, including research, lead generation, calls, and really looking after people. Utilising platforms such as LinkedIn to grow the brand, increase connections and generate business opportunities.
- Source, screen and conduct thorough interviews for potential candidates
- Strong database management and effective administration to effectively manage your workload and the integrity of the company data
If you are a self-starter with drive, ambition, and tenacity, then this is the role for you! This business is looking for someone who can connect with people to make meaningful and lasting relationships. You will have strong organisational skills, an eye for detail and, most importantly a passion for looking after people. Whilst happy to run your own desk, you must be a strong team player with outstanding communication skills. Salary £40-50k + a good commission structure.
