Office Manager
Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and organized Office Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our office, ensuring smooth functioning, and supporting various administrative tasks.
Responsibilities:
- Communicate effectively with team members and external stakeholders
- Manage and supervise office staff, providing guidance and support
- Utilize QuickBooks for financial record-keeping and reporting
- Maintain office efficiency by planning and implementing office systems, layouts, and equipment procurement
- Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and organizing files
- Oversee human resources functions including onboarding new employees and maintaining employee records
- Demonstrate excellent organizational skills to ensure the office runs efficiently
- Uphold professional phone etiquette when answering calls and directing inquiries
- Perform clerical duties as needed to support office operations
Requirements:
- Proven experience in office management or a similar role
- Strong team management skills with the ability to lead and motivate staff
- Proficiency in QuickBooks or similar accounting software
- Excellent knowledge of office procedures and administrative tasks
- Experience supervising employees and managing human resources functions
- Exceptional organizational skills with keen attention to detail
- Professional phone etiquette and communication skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
