Our Reed team in Bristol are looking for a Recruitment Consultant to join their expanding HR division focusing on recruiting temporary candidates into the HR markets across Bristol and the Southwest. Due to proven success and growth plans, we know this recruitment desk has great potential for the right person.
Job Role: Temporaries Recruitment Consultant – HR covering Bristol and the Southwest
Hybrid working: 2-3 days in the office and 2-3 days working from home after the initial imbedding period of around 3 months.
Salary: £24,000 - £32,000 per annum dependent on experience, plus uncapped bonus earning potential
Hours: 37.5 per week, Monday - Friday
Contract: Full time and permanent
What is the role?
As a Recruitment Consultant you will be growing new client relationships to fulfil their recruitment needs, then developing this client base into long term profitable relationships. This will require a lot of business development and account management. You will also be developing your candidate pipeline simultaneously.
