Recruitment Consultant - Transformation

We have an incredible opportunity for an experienced Recruitment Consultant to lead our Permanent Transformation proposition across the South West & Wales. You will join an established and high performing team based in Bristol.

Description

• Transformation is a high growth area for Michael Page and we are investing heavily to develop our expertise and capability. Our customer base is a mix of start ups, SMEs, PLCs and public sector customers.
• The Senior Recruitment Consultant supports the UK Transformation business and Bristol Technology team in implementing the sales strategy by developing a clear commercial understanding of their local market and managing resources effectively to maximise productivity.
• The Senior Recruitment Consultant generates sales opportunities, both for themselves and their local team members, and combines their own customer engagement activities with the development of their team.
• We expect the team size to triple over the coming years and you will be responsible for defining a clear vision for Transformation in the region and future headcount growth
• You will lead by example and support the performance of the team in sales initiatives, technical knowledge and building an inclusive high performance identity.

Profile

A successful Senior Recruitment Consultant should have:

• 360 recruitment experience and a passion to impress customers and candidates alike
• A solid understanding of the Transformation recruitment market AND/OR a track record of recruiting senior permanent appointments into
  • Finance
  • Supply Chain
  • Procurement
  • Consulting / System Integrators
• We need people who are prepared to network with senior leaders and facilitate online and in person events across the tech community. We want new ideas on how we can engage with the tech community and shape our solutions to meet the needs of an evolving customer based.
• You will join a high performing team, a client base that any recruiter would be envious of and access to leading cutting edge technologies and tools like Salesforce CRM, Power BI Insights and LinkedIn.
