We are also committed to maximising wellbeing which is why we have a dedicated Out of Hours service that can support our Operational teams when it's time to relax .Some of your day-to-day responsibilities as a Recruitment Consultant in Coventry will include:Proactively developing new and existing Pubic Sector business by identifying and establishing client relationshipsBusiness to business sales call and marketing activities working to targetsTravelling to visit clients for meetings so ideally you will need to drive and have access to a carSourcing and recruiting temporary staff to work within public sector bookingsBuilding relationships with your clients and candidatesService management - compliance, payroll, administration, updating systemsBlue Arrow is a leading global Talent Acquisition and Managed Workforce Solutions provider.
