Essential Responsibilities
We are seeking a highly motivated Recruitment Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in recruitment or the beauty industry, exceptional interpersonal skills, and a proven track record of in a sales environment. As a Recruitment Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in sourcing, screening, and placing candidates in positions that align with their skills, experiences, and career aspirations.
Conduct thorough candidate searches using various sourcing methods such as job boards, social media, networking, and referrals.
Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates based on job requirements and cultural fit.
Conduct preliminary interviews to assess candidates' qualifications, skills, and suitability for specific roles.
Build and maintain relationships with candidates to understand their career objectives and preferences.
Collaborate with clients to understand their hiring needs, organizational culture, and job specifications.
Present suitable candidates to clients, coordinate interviews, and provide feedback to both parties.
Negotiate job offers, facilitate the hiring process, and assist with onboarding activities.
Maintain accurate records of candidate and client interactions in the recruitment database.
Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and recruitment best practices.
Meet or exceed key performance indicators (KPIs) such as placement targets, client satisfaction metrics, and revenue goals.
Qualifications & Characteristics
Proven experience as a Recruitment Consultant or similar role in a recruitment agency or corporate environment.
Strong understanding of recruitment processes, techniques, and methodologies.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to build rapport and establish trust with candidates and clients.
Results-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering high-quality service.
Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
Proficiency in using recruitment software and applicant tracking systems.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team environment.
Valid UK driver's license and willingness to travel to client sites as needed
