Position: Recruitment Consultant
Location: Liverpool / Northwest
Responsibilities:
Source, engage, and screen potential candidates through various channels, including online platforms, networking, and referrals.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates, understanding their needs and providing tailored recruitment solutions.
Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to identify top-tier talent that aligns with client requirements.
Collaborate with the team to develop effective recruitment strategies and contribute to continuous process improvement.
Provide guidance and support to candidates throughout the recruitment process, ensuring a positive experience for all parties involved.
Keep abreast of industry trends, market conditions, and best practices to deliver high-quality services.
Requirements:
Proven experience in recruitment, with a record of accomplishment of successfully placing candidates in diverse industries.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Strong ability to multitask, prioritize, and work in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in utilizing recruitment tools and platforms.
A results-driven mindset with a passion for exceeding targets and delivering exceptional service.
Can work well in a team
Driver Full UK licence
Social media savvy and willing to develop their own personal brand via all social media channels
