Key Responsibilities
* Take ownership of the driving division in Warrington, driving sales, and building client relationships.
* Utilise your exceptional sales skills to attract and retain clients, delivering outstanding recruitment solutions.
* Source and recruit high-quality candidates for a variety of driving roles
* Provide expert guidance and support to clients and candidates, offering tailored solutions to meet their unique needs.
Requirements
* Previous experience in recruitment, specifically within the industrial or driving sector, with a proven sales history is beneficial, however, training can be given for the right candidate.
* A passion for sales and a drive to exceed targets and achieve outstanding results.
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate ideas and solutions effectively.
