Recruitment Coordinator
Great new role - working closely with the HR manager you will oversee the recruitment life cycle, end to end. Working with internal line / hiring managers, external candidates / applicants, and members of the PSL so several recruitment agencies simultaneously.
Working in a fast paced ever changing environment the role requires someone who is people-focused, approachable, and capable of leaving a lasting, positive impression on future team members!
This would suit someone who can come in and hit the ground running, has worked as a Recruitment Coordinator previously. With experience gathering requirements / jobs from hiring managers, experience of discussing the roles with hiring managers, really understanding their recruitment needs and expectations. You will in turn work in collaboration with the recruitment PSL members. Attending briefing calls to discuss the requirements / roles in more detail, arranging interviews, assisting with offers and onboarding.
Due to the nature of the business this is an office-based role in Stoke on Trent, would suit someone who can drive and get to the offices easily.
With a fun, friendly, can-do attitude, working with all levels of the business. You will need to be extremely organised and be able to coordinate and work well independently. In return the client offer a collaborative working environment with lots of progression and development.
