SalaryThey have announced the need for a hard working, incredibly organised and experienced Recruitment Coordinator.
This position will service the team that hires all their Front Office. When it comes down to it, hiring the best Traders for the fund is the most important area to get right.
The successful candidate will be polished, smart, energetic and have a "I can do that" attitude.
The candidate will not be doing any recruitment. Instead they will be managing the interview process with very senior people.
My client are not looking for an HR Administrator who has done some Recruitment, but a dedicated Recruitment Coordinator who knows what to do and how fast it needs to be done.
There is no Visa Sponsorship for this role .
This position is 5 days a week in the West End office. Standard office hours are 0830 - 1800.
The Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate will come from another Hedge Fund or similar financial services background so they have an understanding of the people they are working for.
They will have a CV that demonstrates stability and success in the UK market.
