Job Description
- Primary responsibilities for the Recruitment Coordinator position may include
- Overseeing the entire recruitment process, from initial outreach to successful placement, encompassing tasks such as coordinating interviews, managing feedback, and conducting post-placement follow-ups.
- Carrying out talent acquisition activities, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.
- Supporting the HR team in creating materials to enhance the employer brand.
- Proactively engaging with candidates and industry contacts, conducting market mapping, and utilizing various databases and social media for recruitment.
- Keeping abreast of industry trends, generating leads through interactions with professionals, and staying connected with the field.
- Collaborating closely with the HR Generalist to ensure the timely completion of administrative tasks with meticulous attention to detail.
- Working in tandem with the UK Screening team to ensure accurate candidate information and providing assistance to candidates in completing their files.
- Performing data entry to update recruitment trackers and collecting data for requested recruitment reports.
- Assisting with Recruitment Day events when team capacity allows.
- Undertaking additional duties within the scope of this role as required.
The Successful Applicant
As the Recruitment Coordinator, you should possess:
- Education in a relevant field, although it's not obligatory.
- Previous experience in a recruitment coordination role.
- A proactive and positive "can-do" mindset.
- Outstanding coordination abilities.
- Capability to work autonomously.
- Proficiency in communication through phone, email, and in-person interactions.
