An exciting time to be part of our growing recruitment of Internationally Educated Clinicians. You will support our Pastoral Lead with international recruitment campaigns, be involved with the recruitment of these new staff along with booking travel, accommodation and transfers for the new starters, helping our new colleagues settle into their lives in the UK.
You will offer practical support and guidance at each step of the process, ensuring our international recruits have their legal and pastoral needs met from recruitment to induction and beyond. This role is pivotal in welcoming and helping our international colleagues settle into their new homes and new roles.
As you will be speaking to people from around the world, you will need to be flexible in your working hours and be willing to take part in evening or early morning calls. This extends to supporting airport and accommodation arrangements.
There will be a requirement to travel throughout Thames Valley and Hampshire, so own transport is essential.
You will ideally already have experience of supporting recruitment and onboarding within a fast-paced environment, providing support and assistance to new employees.
You will support our International Recruitment campaigns, be involved with the recruitment of these new staff and will then be a key point of contact for our international recruits to help them with their transition from their home country into the UK.
Due to the increasing volume of international recruitment, we are seeking someone who is well organised and methodical. No day is the same, you will need to be able to manage and prioritise tasks as and when they come in.
The position is office based at Bicester or Newbury though the team are currently working a hybrid office/home based arrangement and you must be comfortable working remotely and in the office, along with travel to other sites.
Benefits we offer:
- Full training and support when you join and ongoing throughout your employment with us.
- Holiday entitlement is 27 days rising to 29 days after 5 years and 33 days after 10 years, plus 8 bank holidays (pro rata for part time).
