We are exclusively recruiting for an experienced HR and Recruitment Coordinator to join a busy HR team of 10. As a Recruitment Coordinator you will be responsible for managing all recruitment from start to finish both internally and with the support of recruitment agencies. You will support the wider HR department with HR administration tasks.
This is a full time role which is office based in Solihull town centre. Free parking is available at the offices.
Role and responsibilities:
- As the Recruitment Coordinator you will be responsible for providing a comprehensive HR and Recruitment service to the wider HR department and business
- Manage all recruitment activity from initial job advertising, shortlisting, interviewing through to the onboarding process
- Support managers during the recruitment process as required including compiling job descriptions and adverts as well as assisting on interview panels
- Handle onboarding of new starters with all relevant documentation and assist with inductions
- Liaise with recruitment agencies to support with temporary and permanent recruitment needs
- Lead on handling procurement matters related to agency staff and liaising with recruitment agencies
- Support with probationary review meetings and maintain HR records accurately
- Liaise with payroll regarding any salary changes and update the HR/payroll system
- General HR and recruitment administration duties to support the HR department
Skills and experience required:
- Proven work experience in Recruitment essential
- CIPD level 3 qualified desirable
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment in a collaborative team
- Customer focused approach
- Strong organisational skills
- Excellent attention to detail
