We are excited to be able to offer an excellent opportunity on behalf of our client based in Leigh on Sea, as a Recruitment Delivery Consultant. Reporting directly into the Recruitment Director the role would consist of identifying, qualifying, assessing and presenting suitable candidates for specific vacancies and speculative placements.

Main duties:

• Searching internal and online databases and social media for suitable candidates:
  • For specific open vacancies
  • For future frequent vacancies
  • Marketing to clients without a vacancy (within time)

• Formatting CVs to company standard.
• Writing profiles (summaries) for candidates
• Administration of candidate information on the internal database
• Arranging interviews
• Speaking to applicants to screen and qualify
• Negotiating on salary and other issues with both candidate and client
• Dealing with candidates directly over the telephone and via e-mail
• Dealing with clients directly or via the Recruitment Director and/or Recruitment Consultants

Person Specification:

Able to clearly demonstrate the following traits:

• Pro-active and able to drive their own work and take ownership of it
• Confident with people and comfortable on the phone
• Curious, willing to learn and not afraid to ask questions
• Independent and able to make their own decisions
• Motivated to get results (find candidates, make placements, make money!)

Job Type: Full Time, Onsite, Permanent Position (Possibility of 1 day homeworking once able to cover all aspects of the role without guidance)

Location: Leigh on Sea, Essex

Salary: Up to GBP28,000 PA - depending on experience

• Whilst learning the role, a discretionary bonus may be paid at three months and then quarterly
• Commission scheme applicable once able to cover all aspects of the role without guidance

Hours: Monday to Friday (37.5 Hours Per Week)
