Job Purpose:

As a Recruitment Lead at Manpower Engineering, you will elevate your skills to a senior level, capitalising on market opportunities. Your role involves managing and billing within the Engineering and Supply Chain sectors, leveraging a robust candidate and client network.

Job Details:

The successful candidate will oversee the Southern region, maintaining a 50-50 split between billing and managing a warm desk. This includes focusing on engineering and supply chain for both lapsed and existing clients while actively pursuing new business. To succeed in this role, you should possess solid experience in people management and recruitment billing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Win new business and effectively manage current clients.
• Utilise sales, business development, marketing techniques, and networking to attract business.
• Source candidates efficiently through various methods.
• Generate new client relationships using diverse methods.
• Meet or exceed revenue targets from new and existing clients.
• Provide regular reports on successes, challenges, and market trends to management.
• Approach clients in a consultative manner using market data and insights.

Skills/Experience Needed:

• Achieve activity targets and expand the client base.
• Set revenue and behavioural standards for your team.
• Deliver accurate and timely financial forecasts.
• Demonstrate organisation, resilience, and pro activity in billing/management.
• Secure consistent new business for yourself and colleagues.
• Conduct successful presentations on your engineering specialism.
