Are you a driven leader with a commitment to delivering outstanding service to clients in the industrial sector? Smart Workforce Solutions is seeking a dedicated Service-Led Branch / Recruitment Manager to lead our established team in Swansea.
Role Overview:
As the Branch Manager/ Service Recruitment Manager, you will take charge of our well-established branch of friendly Recruiters. You will lead and manage all aspects of branch operations, ensuring exceptional service delivery to our clients in the industrial labour market with a strong focus on client management, recruitment, P&L, team leadership, and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and motivate a team of recruiters to achieve their full potential.
- Work with Sales & Marketing to develop and implement strategies to drive growth and client retention.
- Take ownership of a P&L, ensuring profitability targets are met and exceeded.
- Cultivate relationships with key clients and stakeholders in the industrial market.
- Provide leadership and guidance to ensure the branch operates efficiently and effectively.
- Work with Recruitment Director to create succession plan for the team
- Carry out market insight analysis to support client communications and recruitment
- Candidate management; Flexible workforce management, Performance management
- Support the Sales teams with new business opportunities and provide a healthy pipeline of leads and market knowledge
- Maximise growth through existing and lapsed business
- Drive and manage retention of existing client base
- Participate in finalising relevant new business deals
Skills & Experience Required:
- Expertise in client retention and operational management.
- Previous experience managing within a recruitment business, with a successful operational billing background.
- Proven ability to develop and manage recruiters
