Recruitment Manager

Elevation HR are partnering with one of our fast growing and highly successful clients based in Castleford who are currently looking to expand their team by recruiting a Recruitment Manager.

The role will focus on attracting top talent and fostering a culture of growth, collaboration, and success. As a recruitment Business Partner, you will play a crucial role in shaping the company's success by attracting and retaining exceptional talent. You will be responsible for developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies, managing the entire recruitment lifecycle and ensuring a positive candidate experience. 

Your role will include:

•  Develop and implement strategies to attract high-quality candidates
•  Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs and tailor attraction strategies accordingly
• Utilise data analytics and market research to identify trends and insights that inform candidate attraction efforts
• Create compelling job postings and employer branding materials to attract top talent
• Analyse employee turnover data to identify root causes of attrition and develop targeted interventions to address retention challenges
• Collaborate with HR and departmental leaders to implement initiatives aimed at improving employee engagement, satisfaction and retention
•  Conduct exit interviews and gather feedback from departing employees to identify areas for improvement and inform retention strategies
• Partner with senior leadership and HR to drive organisational change initiatives, such as restructuring, process improvements, and cultural transformations

This is an exciting opportunity for a strategic thinker with excellent communication and leadership skills to make a significant impact. The ideal candidate will have previous experience within recruitment, ideally from a civil engineering or construction background.
