Astute Technical Recruitment are recruiting for a skilled Recruitment Partner to support with recruitment projects nationally and internationally within the sustainable energy market. Key responsibilities:

• Identify and develop business opportunities within Renewable Energy
• Build and manage your client base by pursuing warm and cold leads
• Attend site visits and networking events to expand business connections
• Employ innovative approaches to win business and stand out against competitors
• Manage relationships with new and existing client accounts
• Negotiate terms and offers of employment
• Create compelling and high-quality job adverts

What we require from you:

• Proven experience in sales
• Resilience, self-motivation, and a commitment to continuous learning
• Exceptional customer service and relationship-building skills
• Highly motivated and target-driven with a strong work ethic
• Outstanding telephone manner and attention to detail
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
