We are looking for a Resourcer to help recruit temporary and permanent staff for Portsmouth, Southampton and surrounding areas.
The Role.
Putting up adverts to attract candidates for job vacancies that need filling.
Pre-Screen any CV that come in, asking the right questions.
Inviting candidates to register via the on-line system.
Register candidates.
Do compliance checks and referencing.
What we are looking for.
Must have an excellent telephone manner.
Be numerate and literate.
Have an excellent attention to details.
Willing to learn the recruitment business.
