Being task and goal orientated and organised, ensuring targets or goals set are met and exceeded
Having the ability to produce candidates for the Kenton Black freelance recruitment team via making phone calls, typically with candidates already registered to the Kenton Black database.
To add new candidates and update details on the Kenton Black database via other resourcing methods such as; the use of various online web portals and using online advertising.
RESOURCER JOB PROFILE:
• To act in full accordance with Kenton Black vision and values and hold the greater business needs as paramount importance• To always promote and manage the promotion of the Kenton Black brand to candidates and third parties• To provide the sales team with a regular flow of available and soon to be available candidates that can be placed by the consultants• To hit weekly Key Performance Indicators to facilitate the flow and production of available and soon to be available candidates.• To be passionate about customer satisfaction and to strive for continuous improvement• To be timely and understand the urgency of the role and the passing of relevant information to the sales team
CANDIDATE RESOURCING - EXISTING DATABASE DUTIES
• Candidate resourcing; out bound phone calls to existing candidates on the Kenton Black database• Management of candidate information with regard;• available candidates• Candidate finish / start dates• Candidate pay rates• Candidate dates• Data management upon collation
NEW CV / APPLICANT MANAGEMENT DUTIES
• Candidate resourcing; correct email address, address and phone numbers for new candidates• Passing relevant candidate information to consultants• Screening and distribution of new candidates cv’s to Kenton Blacks various teams of recruitment consultants• Migration of new candidate cv’s onto Kenton Black’s database• Coding of candidates correctly within each sector• Deletion and removal of bad /old data from the database
