Position Overview: As a Recruitment Resourcer, you'll play a crucial role in supporting our recruitment consultants in sourcing, screening, and managing candidates. This is a part-time position, offering remote work flexibility, perfect for individuals looking to gain valuable experience while balancing other commitments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source candidates using various online platforms and databases
- Screen CVs and conduct initial phone screenings
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers
- Maintain accurate candidate records and update our database
- Assist with administrative tasks related to recruitment processes
Requirements:
- Previous experience preferred but not essential
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and organisational abilities
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with recruitment software is a plus
