The Role: As a Recruitment Resourcer, you will play a crucial role in identifying and engaging with potential candidates for a variety of roles within the Life Sciences sector. This is an excellent entry-level opportunity to kickstart your career in recruitment, with full training provided.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source and identify potential candidates using a variety of methods
- Conduct initial candidate screenings and interviews
- Maintain and update candidate databases
- Collaborate with senior recruiters to match candidates with suitable roles
- Build and maintain relationships with candidates and clients
What We Offer:
- Competitive Salary: £26,000 basic + commission
- Hybrid Working: 5 days a week in our Brighton office during training, moving to 3 days from home post-probation
