Recruitment Resourcer

Are you an experienced Education Resourcer or maybe an experienced educator looking for a new challenge within the Education sector?

Winner Education are looking for an Education Resoucer to join our fun but focused team, based at our newly, refurbished office in Sutton Coldfield. We are currently experiencing a period of sustained growth and as such, we are looking for someone who has experience of resourcing in education or has experience of working within an education setting.

The duties of the Education Resourcer will include:

• Placing job adverts on Job Boards and social media
• Searching/sourcing candidates
• Registering and interviewing candidates
• Ensuing compliance checks are completed for each candidate
• Developing strong professional relationships with candidates to gain a good understanding of the work they want
• Matching candidates to available job roles
• Fully briefing candidates on job responsibilities and duties
• Produce accurate and engaging candidate profiles for consultants to actively promote to clients
• Demonstrate the understanding candidates are supplied to consultants in a timely manner
• Ensuring all data relevant to the recruitment process is accurately recorded using internal databases

The Ideal Education Resourcer will have:

• Previous experience within education recruitment or previous experience working in schools/other educational settings
• Brilliant time management and organisational skills
• Excellent communication and relationship building skills
• The passion for recruitment and supporting schools to source the best quality candidates
• Motivation and be target driven
• Ability to work under pressure

Earnings and other Benefits:

• The basic salary for the right person will be circa GBP25,000!
