You will work as part of our permanent team supporting consultants to source the best candidates in the market.
This will be a fast-paced role and will require you to be forward-thinking, have the ability to think outside the box and work hard in sourcing and attracting candidates.
About you:
Previous experience within a recruitment role (advantageous, not essential)
An excellent telephone manner
Time management
Proactive and Organised
Excellent verbal and written communication skills and a willingness to make calls

Placing adverts online
Shortlisting advert responses
Sourcing candidate from various job boards
Following recruitment processes
Collating candidate documents including CV's, ID and relevant paperwork
Keeping systems updated
Speaking to candidates
Arranging interviews
