With 20+ years in the industry, Applause IT are specialists in Technology, Digital and Software Sales recruitment. We're on the lookout for outgoing, competitive and enthusiastic recent graduate with at least some professional candidate Recruitment Resourcing experience, to join us as a Recruitment Resourcing Consultant.
You will be working closely with a Senior Member of the team to help with researching and finding the best candidates for a range of IT Sales and Marketing roles across the UK.

To be successful you'll need:
- Excellent communication skills - both verbal and written
- Confident in using LinkedIn, CRM's or applicant tracking systems and most of all the phone (!) to position opportunities and provide CVs for roles with convincing application ready notes.
- The ability to demonstrate drive and determination
- To be curious - a keen interest in personal development
- A competitive edge - goal oriented and motivated by meritocracy
- The ability to interpret and utilise information quickly
- Presentation skills
- University Degree or equivalent
- Experience resourcing in a B2B recruitment agency in any professional sector is preferred.
