Recruitment / Sales Consultant – Hall Green, Birmingham
Brookes HC Recruitment are going through an exciting period of growth and as such have a new vacancy within our office team
As a Recruitment Consultant you will take full responsibility of a 360 desk including but not limited to:
- Performing both Warm and Cold Calling
- Booking and attending regular client meetings
- Working both Permanent and Temporary Roles
- Sourcing candidates and building your own candidate network
- Bringing new clients into the business by navigating different sales techniques
- Maintaining existing relationships
- Effectively utilise the CRM System
The right candidate for this role will:
- Experienced in 360 recruitment
- Have a demonstrable back ground in placements and sales
- Able to work effectively within a small office team
- Can maintain high activity and navigate effective people management
- Strong administration skills
This role offers:
- Working week of Monday to Friday, 9am till 5pm
- Must have a proven track record in Health Care Sector or Hospitality
- On-Site Parking
